FOX Corporation requires its work activities to be conducted in a manner that prohibits the use of illegal drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
1.0 SCOPE
This Procedure applies to all FOX Corporation (FOX) workplaces and work activities.
2.0 Responsibilities
In addition to required Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Program responsibilities discussed in EHS 001,
EHS Policy, the responsibilities described below are necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the procedure.
2.1 Department Heads and Supervisory Personnel
Department Heads and Supervisors will:
- Ensure that all personnel are informed of the contents of this policy.
- Contact their respective Human Resources Business Partner if they become aware of or observe the use of drugs or alcohol.
2.2 Employees
All Fox employees will:
1. Observe the Substance Abuse Policy requirements for their workplace
2. Refrain from using or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in FOX work locations.
2.3 Environmental, Health and Safety Department
The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Department will publish, periodically review, and revise this Procedure.
3.0 Procedure
The following items or conditions are impermissible. Possession, distribution, sale, purchase, use, or transfer of illegal drugs or marijuana (unless authorized by the Company for medical use). Being under the influence of drugs, including marijuana, or alcoholic beverages while on Company property while on duty or while operating a vehicle or potentially dangerous equipment leased or owned by the Company, or wherever such possession or condition might adversely affect your job performance or the Company’s interests.
