    By acknowledging our requirements, employees of Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors employed by FOX Corporation (FOX) who work at any event for the Marketing or Creative Services Groups, confirm adherence to all FOX environmental, health and safety (EHS) procedures, as well as any applicable Federal, State, or Local regulations. This form outlines the general safety requirements that will help create and maintain a safe work environment at the event or location.
