FOX Corporation employees who violate established Environmental, Health and Safety requirements will be subject to disciplinary actions.
1.0 SCOPE
This procedure establishes a mechanism for the discipline of employees who violate EHS requirements during any FOX activities.
2.0 Definitions
None.
3.0 Responsibilities
In addition the responsibilities discussed in EHS001, EHS Policy, the responsibilities described below are necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the
procedure.
3.1 Division Heads
Division Heads will institute disciplinary action for personnel who disregard or violate established EHS procedures or requirements.
3.2 Department Heads
Department Heads will take disciplinary action for personnel who disregard or violate established EHS procedures or requirements.
3.3 Employees
Employees will comply with established EHS procedures and requirements.
3.4 Environmental, Health and Safety Department
The EHS Department will publish and periodically review and revise this policy.
4.0 Procedure
Failure to comply with FOX’s EHS Procedures can result in disciplinary action, including either verbal or written warnings. Repeated violation of any
policy or standard may result in suspension or termination. In serious situations, or where an employee has previously violated the same or other standards
of conduct or work rules, or is not performing at an acceptable level, the employee may be subject to immediate dismissal.
The Disciplinary Actions Policy will be discussed during employee orientations.
