HOW TO CONNECT: 1: Open your ChargePoint app on your phone and click on the hamburger menu: |

| 3. Select “Connections.” |

| 4. If you have no connections, select “Browse Connections.” |

|
| Input the word “fox” then search. | |
 |
|
| 5. Select “Members-Fox Corporation” from the search results. | |
 |
|
| 6. Insert “CHARGE” all caps, no quotes in Code field. Accept T&Cs, and press “Submit Request.” | |

| YOU ARE DONE. Requests are processed promptly, but may take up to one hour or more.
